We're taking it to the streets! Join us in downtown South Bend as we
kick off the festivities of the 2009 College Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival.
The afternoon will start out with a variety of tailgate activities including a youth and adult cornhole competition and ribs cook-off. Live music will be played throughout the day, followed by the headline acts of Mack Pherson & The Struts and Stillshot
that evening. Don't miss this tailgate village atmosphere, including barbeque dinners from award-winning rib cook-off participants and other specialty foods and refreshments.

URBAN ADVENTURE
RACE '09
Are
you ready for the adventure of a lifetime? Michiana's first annual
Urban Adventure Race will take place on Saturday, July 18 in
conjunction with Enshrinement Festival activities. This Amazing Race
type of event pushes the boundaries of competition and fun as you
run, bike, raft, climb and soar throughout South Bend. The race
kicks off at 9:30 a.m. on St. Joseph Street in front of the College

Golf for Babies The March of Dimes will host its first annual Golf for Babies event on June 29 at 10:30 a.m. at Blackthorn Golf Club. The cost for a foursome is $500 or $125 for an individual. Following the golf event, there will be a concert featuring Stillshot

'BASS Kicks for Kids 'BASS will host its annual Kicks for Kids adult kickball tournament on July 20 at Clay Township Park. Proceeds go to the Marines' Toys for Tots program.

On the River 2009 On the River 2009 will be held August 14
and 15 in downtown South Bend where Colfax Avenue meets the St. Joseph River. The two-day event will feature Family Friday and the Saturday Beach Bash.
