1. Who can participate in the program?
Members First is open to all Chamber member businesses and their employees.

2. I want to offer a Members First discount. How do I get started?
Log on to www.sjchamber.org/membersfirst to review the Members First program details and complete the online registration. Or, for an information packet, contact Julie Stabrowski at The Chamber by calling 574.234.0051, ext. 315 or e-mail jstabrowski@sjchamber.org.

3. How do I verify that the person/company redeeming my discount is a Chamber member?
A membership directory can be found on The Chamber Web site at www.sjchamber.org. A printed membership list is also available upon request by calling The Chamber at 574.234.0051, ext. 301.

4. Am I able to modify my company’s offer if needed?
Yes, offers may be modified at any time by contacting Julie Stabrowski at The Chamber at 574.234.0051, ext. 315, or e-mailing jstabrowski@sjchamber.org. Unless otherwise notified, discounts will be confirmed annually upon Chamber membership renewal.

5. How do fellow Chamber members redeem a discount?
The redemption process can be tailored to the specific needs of your business. Provide instructions in your online description on how you would like members to identify themselves and redeem your discount.
