YOUTH LEADERSHIP
MISSION
Youth Leadership prepares high school
students from diverse backgrounds for constructive leadership
and responsible participation in the affairs of our community.

PROGRAM
The program consists of a Community
Reception/Orientation, an overnight retreat, six Seminar Days
(one per month focusing on a particular theme), a Closing
Retreat and a Commencement Celebration. The class, eager to
utilize their skills and talents, bond together performing a
class project.
PARTICIPANTS
Youth Leadership brings together
approximately 40 high school sophomores and juniors from our ten
local high schools. Minimum requirements for participation are:

Academic stability
Good school Attendance
Commitment to Youth Leadership
GRADUATES
Youth Leadership graduates carry on all they
have learned into their schools, neighborhoods, churches and
community.
