History:
For nearly three decades, Leadership has educated program
participants whose contributions through interactive exercises
have helped shape community progress and development throughout
St. Joseph County, Indiana.
Curriculum:
The adult Leadership program commences in
early September with an orientation. Participants
then experience team building exercises while studying various
leadership styles during a MANDATORY two-day retreat in

awareness and action. This includes involvement in assigned
Task Groups, which investigate long term community goals,
strategies and planning objectives.
