
Interested in Hosting Business Before Hours?
This morning networking event takes place between 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. during
the summer months on Wednesdays. The hosting fee for Business Before
Hours is $150 due prior to the event. The host is responsible for furnishing the
complimentary breakfast treats and drinks that are served at a Before
Hours. The Chamber asks that you select your caterer from the list of Chamber
members provided in the online Membership Directory. Look under restaurants and
caterers. A printed catering list is also available by contacting The Chamber.
The host must also provide proof of insurance and indemnity.
To promote the event, The Chamber will notify its members via
broadcast communications, the newsletter and through our Web site. A news
release will also be submitted to the local newspaper promoting the event. The
Chamber will register all attendees and provide them with nametags.
To be considered, you must have a facility large enough to
accommodate 50-125 people. You are welcome to use an off-site venue, as long as
that venue is a Chamber member.
